I was 18 at the time that I started writing this story, but I had the idea for this long before then. As you know, I'd Lie is also the title of a Taylor Swift song, but that is where the similarities end. Even though I may use some song titles for the titles of my story, I use them because they fit perfectly.
Anyways, i then thought of what would happen if your best friend in the whole world decided to tell you that they told their teammates that you were dating. How would it affect your world,since the two are only pretending to date. Would they fall in love, would it tear their friendship apart, or would they just decide that it won't work out and agree to be friends after it all is said and done.
I've written other stories, but this was my favorite one that I've written out of all the rest. Just with the concept and all of the drama along with the twists and turns that happen make me love it. Even if i hadn't been the one to write this, I would absolutely just love reading this story, and I'm usually very picky about the stories that I read.
So bear with me as I go through the rewriting/editing process of this story, to help make it even better the second time around. After all, what other joy is there besides going through the journey with your characters all over again as you help tell their story and make it even better?
My name is Jilleen Elyse Quigley, and at this point in time I am 20 years old. I live in the state of Ohio, and have lived here all my life. Writing is who I am, and without some form of writing I would go absolutely crazy.
I may not be the best writer in the world, but I have had others say that I have the potential to actually go somewhere with my writing, so I am giving this site a shot in the hopes that someone will stumble on by it in hopes that something good will come out of it.
